The Buttonwood Campground within Bahia Honda State Park features 48 campsites that can accommodate a variety of camping setups, from large RVs to small tents. The sites are gravel-based and come equipped with electricity, water, picnic tables, and grills. The waterfront sites, numbered 12 to 25, offer breathtaking views of the surrounding waters, with sites 12 and 13 situated near the campers’ marina and site 14 located on the channel.
The campground also boasts a well-maintained bathhouse with restrooms and hot showers, as well as a convenient dump station for RV campers.

It’s important to note that vehicles accessing the Bayside Campground must be able to clear the new Bahia Honda Bridge, which has a low overhead clearance of only 6 feet 8 inches.
